Development roadmap: These products are planned and will be released in phases. OrcaPMO and SmartLMS are in development; the suite is not yet generally available.

OrcaPMO is being built to coordinate project delivery by connecting approved plans, observed execution, dependencies, readiness and governance. It is designed to give authorized teams explainable impact analysis, sequencing recommendations and executive decision support.
The goal: help teams understand what changed, who and what is affected, which prerequisites are missing, and which decision is needed next.

SmartLMS
Turn existing procedures into training people can use.
SmartLMS is being developed to transform Word and PDF procedures and imported screenshots into role-specific, step-by-step training and job aids.
The planned first release brings source references, missing-information flags, editable steps, review and approval, version history, and branded Word and PDF exports into one workflow.

OrcaEIS is our vision for Continuous Enterprise Alignment Infrastructure: connecting what an organization intends, what authoritative evidence shows, and the governed decisions needed to keep the two aligned.
AEIS + SITORA provide the architectural foundation for a continuous loop: establish intent, observe reality, identify misalignment, assess dependency impacts, support an authorized response, and verify the outcome.
The planned Orca tools provide focused ways into that wider vision—across delivery, learning, testing, configuration, guidance and governance—with explainable evidence, scoped access and human authority at the center.
